Deema is one of the six sub-communities in The Lakes. The villa-only community developed by Emaar Properties is categorised into four clusters namely Deema 1, Deema 2, Deema 3 and Deema 4. These sub-communities feature family villas.

Deema 4 is a gated residential sub-community in Deema, The Lakes situated next to First Al Khail Street. Residents can enjoy scenic views along with a good set of amenities. The area is well connected to popular residential and commercial hubs in the city.

Deema 4, The Lakes, Dubai is a beautiful and serene villa district surrounded by greenery and man-made lakes. Residents can access parks, basketball courts and swimming pools too. Some prominent lifestyle facilities such as shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and leisure places are in proximity to the neighbourhood.

Properties in Deema 4 include 3 to 5-bedroom villas. The covered areas of these villas range from 3,628 sq. ft. to 4,500 sq. ft. Each residential unit has master bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and attached bathrooms. Moreover, Deema 4 villas include a family room, a dining room, a well-equipped kitchen, a maid’s room, a powder room, a study room and a terrace. Each house also has a landscaped garden.

Finding parking space is not a point of concern for residents. All villas come with private parking spaces in Deema 4.

The community is located 8 minutes away from Sheikh Zayed Road and 10 minutes from Al Khail Road. Residents can use the two highways to reach other city areas.

You can catch a bus from The Lakes Turnoff 1 bus stop and The Lakes Turnoff 2 bus stop. Both are a 5 to 7-minute drive away.

Those looking for public transportation in Deema 4 can use the metro and taxis. Taxis can be hailed from outside the community gates. Online cab booking services can also be used. The nearest metro station is Al Khail Metro Station, about 8 minutes away.

Choithrams is one of the best supermarkets in Dubai around 4 minutes away from the sub-community. It stocks fresh fruits, vegetables and meat. It also offers baby products, toiletries, skincare products and household items. Residents can head to other supermarkets near Deema 4, including:

 All these supermarkets are within an 8 to 11-minute drive.

The Lakes doesn’t have any mosque within its boundaries, so all the mosques near Deema 4 are outside the community gates. The nearest mosque is the Hamel Al Ghaith Masjid in Barsha Heights and Greens Mosque in The Greens. These are an 8 to 10-minute drive by car.

Other nearby mosques are Masjid Wahid in Springs 7, Masood Naqvi Mosque in Emirates Hills and Tiffany Mosque in JLT Cluster W.  All these mosques are about 12 minutes away from the sub-community.

Old Apostolic Church (MENA) in Barsha Heights is an 8-minute drive by car. Coza Church and Fellowship Church will take a drive of about 11 to 12 minutes to reach.

For the Hindu community, the nearest temple is Sai Baba Temple Jumeirah, around 27 minutes away. Other Bur Dubai temples are accessible at a half-hour drive by car.

Guru Nanak Darbar Gurdwara in Jebel Ali Village is the nearest place of worship for the Sikh community; it takes about 15 minutes to get there.

Emirates International School Meadows was established in September 2005 by Al Habtoor Group. The school offer classes from Early Years to Year 13 for children aged 3 to 18.
