Dasman is a peaceful community in Sharjah. The area is part of Halwan Suburb, sharing its borders with E11 Sharjah and major streets like Sheikh Zayed Street and Sheikh Rashid Bin Saqr Al Qasimi Street. Dream Land Supermarket and Sunrise City Supermarket are the preferred grocery stores in the community, while Noor Al Ramlah Supermarket, Al Khaleej Mini Supermarket and Fathima Supermarket are available within 5 minutes distance. Saad Ibn Muaad Mosque is the preferred mosque of residents in the area since its the only large mosque of Dasman. You will find a few local mosques as well. Other mosques outside Dasman are not that far to reach, you will find many available within 5 just minutes of drive. Some of these mosques include Al Emam Al Bukhari Mosque, Ahmed Ibn Hanbal Mosque, Abu Obaidah Amer Mosque and Al Sahaba Mosque.

Sharjah welcomes all the cultures, housing many places of worship. The nearby Al Yarmook community has a bunch of churches for the Christian community. Some of these are Grace Evangelical Church Sharjah, the Russian Orthodox Church and St. Martin’s Anglican Church. These churches in Sharjah can be accessed from any part of Emirate easily as the Al Yarmook community is set alongside Al Wahda Street. Those living in Dasman can get to these churches in an easy 6-minute drive.

You will find many schooling options in Dasman and its surroundings. The most common pre-primary nursery school for toddlers is London British Nursery, located just off Sheikh Zayed Street. Another close one is Barashi Nursery on the same route, towards the intersection of S115. Ayadi Nursery, Bumble Bee Nursery and Pristine Rose Nursery are all within 5 minutes’ drive near Al wahda Street.

If you take the route towards the northern side on Sheikh Zayed Street, you will find Burjeel Speciality Hospital in Al Fayha, Central Private Hospital and Thumbay Hospital on Al Arouba Street. These can all be reached within 10 minutes or less, depending on the traffic.

Dasman, Sharjah is ideally located alongside E11. It is part of Halwan Suburb in Sharjah that consist of 7 residential communities. The malls close to Dasman include two of the most popular malls of Sharjah. Oasis Mall and Mega Mall Sharjah. Oasis Mall is in the bordering area, Al Ghubaiba, located along Al Wahda Street it takes around 6 minutes to reach from Dasman. Beaches are located towards the northern side of the emirate and the closest one from Dasman is Sharjah Beach, only 13 minutes away. Sharjah Beach is also considered one of the best beaches in Sharjah.

One of the most popular tourist spots near Dasman is Al Majaz Waterfront Park. One of the most prominent features is the view. The tall skyscrapers, set alongside the lagoon offers a stunning, unforgettable vista. It takes approximately 13 minutes of drive to reach Al Majaz Waterfront from Dasman.
