Al Barari (or Barari) is an eco-friendly community in Dubai. It is a gated community offering villas and apartments developed by Al Barari Developers. The master development has two phases. Al Barari Phase I include the communities of The Nest, Ashjar, Seventh Heaven, The Residences and The Reserve. It also includes The Farm restaurant, Heart & Soul spa and Body Language health club. Al Barari Phase II include a resort hotel, a business school, medical facilities, retail shops and residential developments.

Al Barari community
Al Barari is a quaint neighbourhood

Al Barari Dubailand spans a whopping 18 million sq. ft. and 60% of the community is composed of green spaces, landscaped gardens, natural lakes and freshwater streams. Al Barari in Arabic means wilderness, which is no surprise considering the amount of greenery in the area. It is, indeed one of the greenest communities in Dubai.

Al Barari location is divided into six sub-communities including The Nest, Seventh Heaven, Ashjar, The Reserve, The Neighbourhood and The Residences. On the residential side, there is a total of 189 ready villas, 28 villas part of The Reserve community and 55 houses part of The Nest. The Residences are spacious eco-friendly homes available in four types. These include Acacia, Bromellia, Camellia and Dahlia. On the other hand, Seventh Heaven, Ashjar and The Neighbourhood are apartment complexes in the neighbourhood.

Al Barari Dubailand is home to a high-end restaurant aptly dubbed The Farm, a well-maintained health club called Body Language and the neighbourhood spa called Heart & Soul. Tranquil ambience, eco-friendly environment and availability of numerous lifestyle amenities and dining options add to the advantages of living in Al Barari.

PROPERTIES IN AL BARARI DUBAILAND

Al Barari Dubailand features a wide range of apartments and villas. The Nest is a collection of 55 villas in 4-bedroom units. It features homes on plot sizes ranging from 9,000 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft.

The Reserve features the luxurious bespoke 28 villas. The plot sizes of the villas are larger than the regular Al Barari residences starting from 31,000 sq. ft.

The Residences have 189 luxury villas surrounded by landscaped themed gardens, lakes and freshwater streams. The development includes four types of villas, Acacia and Bromellia offer 6-bedroom residences with at least 13,858 sq. ft. of living space. Camelia and Dahlia villas are 5-bedroom homes with a minimum coverage area of 12,713 sq. ft.

Featuring themed gardens, Seventh Heaven is the luxury escape that Al Barari boasts. The sub-community features modern 1 to 3-bedroom apartments with exclusive access to private elevators. Likewise, The Neighbourhood features studio to 2-bedroom apartments with access to the community’s leisure amenities. These include the gymnasium, the guest suites, the multi-purpose area, the club house building and the beach club.

Ashjar is the only sub-community which includes low-rise apartment complexes. This development has 120 homes that are spread across 9 buildings. These 5-storey buildings have a layered design to make the most of the sunlight and its shared facilities offer a nice balance of communal living and a private residence.

These Al Barari Residences have private or underground parking, swimming pools, dedicated play areas for children, barbecue areas, gyms, saunas, steam rooms and Jacuzzis.

Public Transportation in Al Barari

Situated opposite Global Village and the City of Arabia, the villas and apartments for sale in Al Barari are right off the main Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311) freeway near Nad Al Sheba Dubai. The area is currently not accessible from the Dubai Metro lines. The closest metro station would be the Rashidiya Metro Station, 20 minutes away and the closest bus stop to the neighbourhood would be Global Village Station. Bus links 102, 103, 104 and 106 depart from there. Another option is further away in Al Reem, Arabian Ranches. The J02 bus stops here and connects to the Mall of the Emirates station.
