When it comes to properties in Barashi, one can only find villas for rent and sale. Villas consist of 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom units. A 3-bedroom villa covers an area of around 3,000 sq. ft. to 5,000 sq. ft. The more spacious 5-bedroom villas cover an area of 6,000 sq. ft. to 13,000 sq. ft.

The nearest pharmacy is Al Sama Al Zarqa Pharmacy in Al Saja. Bin Sina Pharmacy is also not too far. It takes an 11-minute drive to reach there from Barashi.
Barashi is a suburban area of Sharjah that lies close to Sharjah National Park and is a few minutes drive from Sharjah International Airport. The neighbouring residential areas are Al Falah Suburb, Al Saja and Al Atain
Most of the shopping malls near Barshi can be found in the Al Juraina community. Zero 6 Mall is a popular mall in Al Juraina, it features many retail stores, food and beverage options and entertainment options. The mall houses the first Fitness First Platinum in Sharjah and the largest IMAX cinema screen in the UAE.
Matajer Al Juraina is a community mall for residents, it is also popular with the student population of University City Sharjah. It has a few retail stores, restaurants and cafes and a branch of Carrefour Market.
One of Sharjah’s best malls Mega Mall is less than 30 minutes away. It is one of the largest malls near Barashi and spans over 800,000 sq. ft. This mall has many local and international brands, a Novo Cinemas and a family entertainment centre as well.
Nad Wasit Fast Food and Masar Al Madinah Restaurant are not more than 6 minutes away. Some small cafeterias and restaurants such as Al Fali Restaurant, Bait Al Bukhari, Al Jareena Cafeteria and Najmat Al Sajaah are located in the nearby area of Al Saja. Casual dining restaurants such as Zait Al Zaitoon, Crisol Restaurant & Lounge and C.Taste are 17 minutes away near Muwailih Commercial.
Barashi is a suburban district of Sharjah which is dotted at quite a distance from Arabian Gulf and popular beaches of the city. The closest beach is Sharjah Beach, 30 minutes away. This beach near Barashi is part of Sharjah Urban Planning Council’s renovation project and will go through a major transformation to become a top leisure destination in the city.
Al Khan Beach is roughly the same distance away, it is a more developed beach with many amenities and facilities. There are many water sports on offer at Al Khan Beach.
For enjoying nightlife and bars over the weekend, residents have to head out to Dubai. There is a chain of bars in Dubai which lie almost 30 minutes away from Barashi. The bars are named Jack’s Bar & Grill, McGettigan’s, Jules Bar, La Fabrique and The Old Pub.
Sharjah International Airport and Sharjah National Park are two landmarks close to Barashi at a 14-minute and an 11-minute distance, respectively. Sharjah Equestrian & Racing Club is located right behind Barashi. Established in 1982 under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Dr Sultan Bin Mohammed Al Qassimi, it is the first equestrian club in the UAE. It features many equestrian related services, such as a riding school, a racecourse, stables, an equine hospital and more.
Sharjah National Park is the largest park in the city. and it spreads over an area of 630,000 sq. ft. This park offers regular park amenities including play areas for children, barbeque areas and picnic areas. It is just 11 minutes away making it a frequently visited park by residents of the area.
The nearest gym is 15 minutes away near Industrial Area 18 of Sharjah namely, Texas Gym. Beauty options are 15 minutes away, such as N Style Beauty Lounge and Hind Alamiri Beauty Salon in the neighbouring area of Qarayen. Men can head out to the Al Goaz district to find Hair Concept Salon at an 18-minute drive.
Barashi is a favourite location for renting and buying villas in Sharjah. The rental trend makes properties affordable but the sale price is comparable to other areas of Sharjah.
