Badrah is a close-knit community of the greater Dubai Waterfront area. Developed by Nakheel Properties, the sub-district stands close to Palm Jebel Ali and offers affordable residences as well as commercial and civic spaces. COMMUNITY OVERVIEW

Badrah is a self-contained community divided into four zones. Diaa is a residential zone featuring around 600 townhouses and eight low-rise apartment buildings. Talla is dedicated to offices while Manara is for educational and civic amenities. The name of the fourth zone is Bahaa which features retail and recreational amenities.

This project has been envisioned to be a complete and self-sustained urban area. At the moment, some sub-areas within Badrah and the parent community of Dubai Waterfront are under development.
