Azizi Venice is the latest launch in Dubai South area by Azizi Developments. Spread across 24 million sq. ft., the Venetian-inspired waterfront community is designed by the renowned design firm AE7. Featuring modern amenities, Azizi Venice Dubai is all set to become a one-of-its-kind community in Dubai South. The crystal lagoon, the well-connected road network and the temperature-controlled boulevard are a few highlights of the project.

As per the collected data, the most common plan is a 40/60 schedule, where buyers will pay a 20% down payment at the time of booking. 60% of the price will be paid during the construction while the remaining 20% is due after the completion.
