Alma 1 is a sub-division of the community of Alma in Arabian Ranches. It is a residential sub-community consisting of 3-bedroom duplex villas. The villas are available in five different configurations. Arabian Ranches, popularly called The Ranches, is one of the first freehold neighbourhoods in Dubai, developed by Emaar Properties. The community has direct access to one of the major highways in Dubai, i.e. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E-311).

Alma 1 is located in the centre of the parent community, Arabian Ranches. It is surrounded by a central lake on one side and a retail centre on the other. The neighbourhood is vibrant and gives out Spanish vibes. Residents can share amenities with the neighbouring sub-communities of The Ranches.

Properties in Arabian Ranches Alma 1 are 3-bedroom villas available in five different configurations. Each villa has a powder room and a maid’s room attached to a bathroom and a study room. Jumeirah English Speaking School is a not-for-profit school that offers a British curriculum. Ranches Primary School is another popular school in the vicinity. It provides an ICT-BYOD programme for kids aged 3 to 6 years. The school supports the idea of fast learning by accessing modern-day technology in the early years.

There are several clinics and hospitals near Alma 1 Arabian Ranches, including Mediclinic Arabian Ranches, Medicentres Motorcity, Aster Clinic Arabian Ranches and Emirates Hospital Jumeirah. Aster Clinic is one of the top clinics in Dubai. It provides services in Dentistry, Cardiology, Gynaecology,  Psychology, Dermatology etc. Emirates Hospital Jumeirah is a 100-bed hospital facility with 24×7 emergency care. They have state-of-the-art facilities like specialised surgical theatres, ICU, NICU and SCBU.

Pet owners can access The City Vet Equine Clinic at a drive of 10 minutes.

Alma 1 Arabian Ranches is linked with Alma 2 on the eastern side. Savannah and Saheel are the other residential communities of Arabian Ranches located nearby. Nearby commercial and mix-development areas are Motor City and Arjan.

Arabian Ranches Retail Mall is a community mall located 5-minutes away. For a luxury shopping experience, residents can head to Cityland Mall. It is one of the best shopping malls in Dubai, located within a 10-minute drive. Apart from the branded outlets, Cityland Mall is home to a centrally located 200,000 sq. ft. open-air garden area and outlets of several salons, cafes and restaurants.

Other notable malls near Alma 1 Arabian Ranches are City Centre Me’aisem, Circle Mall, Al Barsha Mall and Mall of the Emirates. City Centre Me’aisem is a popular retail, dining and entertainment destination. It features fashion brands like Centre Point and H&M, Carrefour hypermarket and Mediclinic.

There are several restaurants and cafes nearby, including Shakespeare and Co., Krave Healthy Restaurant and Patiala House Restaurant. Residents can visit some of the best restaurants in Arabian Ranches, including The Hamptons Cafe and Maison Mathis.

The Hamptons Cafe is an excellent option for breakfast, while Maison Mathis serves American Cuisine fused with Arabic flavours. Health enthusiasts can access Krave Healthy at a drive of 9 minutes. Their menu includes vegetarian diet food along with gluten-free and paleo options.

Dubai’s coastline is about 20 minutes from the community. Popular beaches near Alma 1 Arabian Ranches are Sufouh Beach, Marina Beach and JBR Beach.

Dubai Miracle Garden has a variety of different flower species. It has picturesque views with more than 150 flowers displayed in 2D and 3D structures. It is just 23 minutes away from the community. Residents and visitors can visit this place between November and May each year.

Dubai Butterfly Garden, located adjacent to Dubai Miracle Garden, is another one-of-a-kind attraction. It is the house of almost 15,000 butterflies of different varieties. They also offer academic tours for kids.

Fitness First Arabian Ranches is within a drive of 15 minutes from the district. It offers different activities for adults and kids.
