Al Zorah is a coastal suburb of Ajman featuring mixed-use properties in different layouts. It is a bustling seaside community of the emirate with a rich existing ecosystem and a secure environment. The off-plan project is an ideal place to live for those who are keen to live close to nature.

It is located on the north-western end of Ajman along the Arabian Sea and right next to Al Ittihad Street. Al Zorah is an all-inclusive neighbourhood featuring beachfront residences, world-class hotels and resorts, commercial spaces, wellness amenities and leisure facilities. Al Zorah consists of five key districts with retail facilities and residential properties. One of the distinctive features of the community is the 18-hole golf course set within a natural preserved environment of sandy beaches and mangroves. Other features include six resorts, beach club, a network of pedestrian passages and waterfront promenade.

Properties in Al Zorah include apartments, villas and townhouses. The 3 to 6-bedroom villas and townhouses spread over an area ranging between 2,938 sq. ft. to 7,449 sq. ft. These houses are set against a spectacular green backdrop. The double-height ceiling is designed to maximize the natural light and exterior views. The expansive courtyards, roof terraces, living and dining area, maid’s room, laundry and garden area are other features of these houses. On the other hand, the apartments in Al Zorah are available in 1 to 3-bedroom configuration. One can also find loft-style apartments in the neighbourhood. The Fairways is a mixed-use community of Al Zorah featuring 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse, gym and wellness centre. The apartments, townhouses and villas are arranged to maximize the views of the golf course, mangroves and lakes. Golf Villas and Golf Estates are two sub-communities of The Fairways. It is one of the top off-plan projects in Ajman.

Another sub-community in the area is The Coves. It is a residential and hotel neighbourhood with a series of three marinas. The Gates offers retail facilities and high-rise towers while The Avenues consists of leisure destinations, retail centres and a central marina.

The resort features 74-sea facing rooms in low-rise buildings and 15 glass-fronted 1, 2 and 3-bedroom villas. It has two main restaurants, a bar and a poolside lounge. The 85-metre infinity pool, wooden boardwalk and spa are other facilities of the hotel.

LUX* Al Zorah is another 5-star hotel in the neighbourhood featuring a variety of rooms, private villas and several entertainment venues. It has two restaurants, two bars, a café and tea house. The resort also has top-notch wellness and sports facilities including yoga sessions, kitesurfing, boating and much more. The resort will be open to guests in 2021.

Parking in Al Zorah isn’t a hassle as residents get dedicated parking areas in houses and apartment buildings.

Since the community is under development, residents will have to drive to the neighbouring areas to avail public transportation. The nearest bus stations are Ajman Marina Stop, Ajman Saray Hotel bus stop and Al Musalla bus station. All these bus stations are located within a 14 to 16-minute drive.

The day-to-day grocery shopping isn’t a hassle for residents as supermarkets near Al Zorah are accessible within a 10-minute drive. Paradise Supermarket LLC, Freshly Supermarket and Shuaa Al Madina Supermarket are a few of the grocery stores nearby the community. Another university near Al Zorah is Ajman University which has 9 colleges offering 36 graduate and undergraduate programs. Both the universities are accessible in a 10-minute drive via Al Ittihad Street.

Skin and Teeth Medical Centre in Al Zorah has a team of qualified doctors offering quality medical services for Orthodontics, dental implants, laser hair removal and other skin diseases. To the south of the neighbourhood, Al Bustan and Al Nakhil are situated while Al Jurf and Al Jurf Industrial Area are located to the east of Al Zorah. Other residential areas near Al Zorah include Musherief and Al Rashidiya. Al Ittihad Street connects the neighbourhood to Sharjah and Umm Al Quwain is a 20-minute drive.

Flamingo Mall in Al Zorah is a one-stop shopping destination for residents of the neighbourhood. They can also visit some of the best malls in Ajman in a short drive such as City Centre Ajman, Safeer Mall and Ajman China Mall. City Centre Ajman is one of the popular malls in Ajman with around 79 shopping outlets of local and international brands. It also has Carrefour hypermarket, VOX Cinema, Magic Planet and a wide range of dining options. It is located a 13-minute drive away in the neighbouring community.

There is no shortage of restaurants in Al Zorah. Aquario at The Oberoi Beach Resort Al Zorah is a seafood restaurant offering fresh and quality seafood items in lunch and dinner while The Grove Restaurant at Al Zorah Golf Club is one of the best shisha places in Ajman. Litchy Sushi Lounge and Thanani at The Pavilion are other dining options in the community. Al Zorah Marina 1 is home to a diverse range of F&B outlets such as Colorato, Aquabrown Coffee, Z Lounge, Operation Falafel And the cruise floating restaurant Marsa Ajman. Ajman Corniche is located towards the south of Al Zorah which is home to some of the best restaurants of the emirate such as Bukhara, Sultan Saray and Themar Al Bahar Restaurant. Since the community is located on the coastline, residents can easily access the sandy beaches in Al Zorah. With seven kilometres of waterfront, two kilometres of beach and a tidal creek, Al Zorah Natural Reserve has become an epitome for waterborne activities. The best way to explore the mangrove is by kayak which is even suitable for novice paddlers. The Al Zorah Mangroves is recognized as a Wetland of International Importance by the Ramsar Convention.

Al Zorah Golf Club is a par-72 course crafted by Nicklaus Design and managed by Troon Golf. The golf course set amidst the naturally-preserved striking mangroves and flowing dunes. It also has a clubhouse with lounge areas, outdoor pools and a fine dining restaurant.

Caravana Al Zorah is one of the popular camping sites in Ajman. Guests can rent and stay overnight in the well-maintained caravans. The outdoor activities at the resort include horse riding, kayaking and quad biking. Marina 1 is another leisure spot in the neighbourhood. It boasts a 100,000 sq. m. creekside development and home to more than 15 food & beverage outlets, a recreational park and much more.
