Al Warqaa 3

Located on the south-east side of Dubai Creek, Al Warqaa 3 forms a part of the evolving suburb of Al Warqaa. Out off all of the sub-communities, it is the largest of all the blocks.

The parent community of Al Warqaa, also spelt as Al Warqa, has slowly been gaining popularity in Dubai’s ever-growing real estate market. If you’re searching for the most happening beaches near Al Warqaa 3, hit Jumeirah Beach, one of the most prestigious locations in Dubai. There will be many opportunities for adventure seekers and water sports lovers. The beach, located 25 minutes away, is also close to a few casual eateries, bars and resorts.
