Al Twar 3

Al Twar is a residential development located in Deira in the eastern part of Dubai. It is situated close to Dubai International Airport and is surrounded by residential communities such as Al Qusais, Muhaisnah and Hor Al Anz. Al Twar is categorised into three sub-communities; Al Twar 1, Al Twar 2 and Al Twar 3.

Al Twar 3 is a sub-community of Al Twar. The neighbourhood is in proximity to Al Nahda Road (D93) and Al Quds Street (D91). The area is home to contemporary villas in different layouts.
