Al Suyoh, also known as Al Seyouh, is a suburban district in Sharjah where new establishments are taking shape. The community lies close to the Sharjah-Dubai border providing convenience to its residents.

Al Suyoh is an ideal place for people who are working in Dubai and are in search of luxury yet affordable residential options. The community features a uniform grid plan and is divided into 12 sub-communities. These districts are numbered from 1 to 12. Amongst them, the central precinct Al Suyoh 1, has gained the most popularity. Currently, the community is in the development phase. It mainly features villas along with a few apartments for sale.

Al Suyoh community is one of the prominent developments in the emirate of Sharjah. The most striking feature of the community is its modern architecture and strategic location. It also offers numerous serviced villas to people looking to stay over for holidays. The well-planned community has a community mall, parks and a kid’s play area. One can also find running tracks and eateries in Al Suyoh.

Properties in Suyoh mainly consists of villas in 2, 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations. The covered areas of these houses start from 1,550 sq. ft. and go up to 10,000 sq. ft. Other supermarkets near Al Suyoh are Adnoc Oasis, Safa Al Khaleej Supermarket and Taier Al Madina Supermarket. All these are a short drive away from the community.

Most mosques in Al Suyoh are located at a walking distance from residential properties. Um Omara Mosque and Al Najaashi Mosque are at a 5-minute walking distance. Other mosques in the vicinity include Al Zuhd Mosque, Al Tebyan Mosque and Ibn Al Jazary Mosque. Sharjah Mosque located in the vicinity is also quite popular.

Churches in Sharjah are located in Al Yarmook area. The community is about a 30-minute drive from Al Suyoh. Some prominent churches in the vicinity are St. Martin’s Anglican Church, Michael’s Catholic Church and the Church of Virgin Mary & Egyptian Coptic Orthodox.

Popular schools in Al Suyoh are New World American Private School, Sharjah Indian School and Australian International School. New World American Private School is one of the best American schools in Sharjah. It follows a Common Core State Standard system that also focuses on co-curricular activities along with academic learning. Sharjah Indian School for Boys is located in the Juwaiza suburb; it is about a 20-minute drive from Al Suyoh. The school follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum.

Nurseries in Al Suyoh include Delma Nursery, Muweileh Children Skills Development and Barashi Nursery. Delma Nursery has plenty of facilities for children like an indoor play area, fun play centre and an indoor water play area to create a nurturing learning environment. Barashi Nursery is also a popular pre-school facility. It is a 13-minute drive away from Al Suyoh.

There are a few clinics and hospitals in Al Suyoh. Clinics in Al Suyoh include Access Clinic, Al Sabah Medical Centre and Icare Multi-Specialty Clinics. Royal Hospital is a premium hospital located near the Sharjah International Airport. It is one of the best private hospitals in the vicinity with VIP maternity suites, private rooms and a medical spa. University Hospital Sharjah is another popular healthcare centre in the area.

The community is located right adjacent to Al Khawaneej. The Sharjah Cooperative Society is located next to Al Suyoh. Other neighbouring residential communities are Al Gharayen and Al Noaf.

There are a few shopping centres and malls in Al Suyoh. Alyoush Mall is a popular shopping destination on Maleha Street. Noor Al Azhar General Trading is located at about a 13-minute drive away.

Popular restaurants in Al Suyoh are Al Qadri Restaurant and Senor Gonzales. Some eateries can be spotted near the Sharjah Kalba Road such as Cheesy Truck, Burgerito Foodtruck, Falafel Slider and Laffat Al Fareej. All these are just a 5-minute drive away from Al Suyoh.

To hit a beach, one can drive for about 35 minutes along Maliha Road (S116) towards the west. Doing so will lead you to Al Khan Beach, which offers fun watersports activities like stream skiing.

If you’re driving along Al Dhaid Road (E88) from Emirates Road (E611), you can spot the Desert Park Sharjah. It is home to four tourist destinations including the Children’s Farm, Arabia’s Wildlife Centre, the Islamic Botanical Garden and the Natural History Museum. Al Suyoh is a promising residential development in Sharjah and once developed, it will have all the amenities needed for an ideal living. Presently, the area lacks public transportation. So, residents must rely on private vehicles to move around the city.
