Christian members of the community can perform their rituals in Our Lady of Arabia Catholic Church, it is the only church near Al Salamah located within a 10-minute drive. India Sangatadham Gigaso in Al Saja Industrial Suburb Sharjah is the only Hindu temple near the residential district. Mall of UAQ is one of the popular malls in Umm Al Quwain with its flagship store Lulu Hypermarket and Department Store and a wide range of products that include fashion, accessories, beauty, home goods and more. Other than shopping, the Mall of UAQ has numerous casual dining restaurants and an amusement arcade for children. These malls are located within a 20-minute drive.

The estimated build-up area of the project is 191,742 sq. ft. It will feature 15 shops, a hypermarket, 70 residential apartments and 427 parking spaces. The expected date of completion of the project is March 2021.

Al Salamah is located in the centre of the city with all the necessities of life in easy reach. The area has educational institutes, medical facility, shopping and dining options in abundance. These features make it an ideal residential community to reside in. However, there is a lack of public transport in the area but taxis are easily available for the commute.
