Al Safa 1 is home to a number of villa compounds. Some of the benefits of a villa compound is that it is a gated community with access to a number of shared amenities.
One of the most popular compounds in Dubai is Splendour Villas, located close to The English College and Al Safa 2. The compound is made up of 90 luxurious 4-bed villas with a built-up area of 3,300 sq. ft.
