AL SAFA 1

Al Safa 1 is a sub-community within the greater Al Safa district. It is bordered by Safa Park on the north, Al Safa 2 on the south, Jumeirah 3 on the west and Al Quoz 1 on the eastern side. Also, this sub-community is close to several bustling districts such as Business Bay and Jumeirah.

The villas feature an open kitchen, floor to ceiling windows, large wardrobes and one parking space. The compound offers access to swimming pools for adults and children, the clubhouse with a communal gym and children’s play areas. Residents in the Wasl Square can also access the retail shops and restaurants part of the Wasl Square development, outside of the residential compound.

Al Hala Complex is compound in the area featuring 16 villas, each with their own private pools. The community has its own community centre with fitness facilities. Other villa compounds in the area include the Four Seasons Compound near Safa Park and Sheikh Ahmed Villas close to Al Ittihad Private School.

Khalifa al-Fahd Mosque is 4 minutes away from the sub-community. One of the largest mosques in U.A.E., Al Farooq Omar Bin Al Khattab is also a 4-minute drive away from the community. It can accommodate 2,000 worshipers and is also known for opening its doors for non-Muslims.

Emirates Baptist Church, United Christian Church of Dubai and Christian Fellowship Church, Dubai are some other churches near Al Safa 1.
