Al Mizhar occupies a prime location in the city close to the Dubai – Sharjah border. It is bound by some major highways, including Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, E311. Unlike the other two sub-communities, Al Mizhar 3 is a small residential area pre-dominantly occupied by Dubai Police staff housing. Besides, the sub-community features a few villas, grocery shops, bus stations and other basic amenities. It was formerly known as Oud Al Muteena 3. You can find the district at a 3-minute drive from Oud Al Muteena Park in the neighbouring area.

Though tucked away from the mainland, Al Mizhar 3 is well connected via main roads. It occupies a strategic location on the border thus, is an ideal address for those who travel frequently to and from Sharjah. The area isn’t as crowded as other communities in Dubai, yet offers all kinds of basic amenities in proximity. Residents have access to shops, mosques and transport links within the vicinity.

Most of the area is part of the Police Residential Complex. One will majorly find attached townhouses within the complex. Other properties in the area include 1-bedroom joint townhouses and semi-detached villas.

Travelling is easy for those who have private conveyance. Be it within Al Mizhar or Oud Al Muteena, other parts of Dubai and even Sharjah, commuters can directly access the main road in a few minutes. Also, all the residential properties feature dedicated porches for parking in Al Mizhar 3 Dubai. Guests and even residents with more than one vehicle can find a free spot on the streets.

Finding public transportation near Al Mizhar 3 would be hassle-free since the community is served by RTA buses. There are many bus stations at short intervals.

For grocery shopping, head to Shadab Al Freej Grocery or local baqala within the community. Other supermarkets near Al Mizhar 3 Dubai include:
