The nearest bus station is located on Bainuna Street called King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud St / ADEC Bus Stop from where people can board buses 9, 69 and 71. It takes 5 minutes to drive to this bus stop from Marasy 7 which is the farthest in the peninsula among all buildings. People can also easily travel via taxis for a comfortable commute.

One can get their daily shopping needs fulfilled by visiting the various supermarkets near Al Marasy. The closest one is Allday Market at walking distance. The store offers goods of many brands with various grocery items, freshly baked products and food options. Other supermarkets such as ZOOM and VIVA are less than a 10-minute drive.

A couple of mosques are located within the peninsula of Al Bateen at walking distance from Marasy. These are Sheikh Zayed Bin Hamdan The First Mosque and Khalifa Ahmed Saif Al Suwaidi Mosque.

There are many churches concentrated in Al Mushrif district, at a drive of about 15 minutes. Some popular ones are St. Antony Cathedral for Coptic Orthodox Church, St. Joseph's Cathedral and St. George Orthodox Cathedral.

There are limited options for temples near Al Marasy. BAPS Hindu Temple is located at about a 40-minute drive.

Marasy is situated in an elite neighbourhood surrounded by some of Abu Dhabi's most prestigious developments including Bloom Marina. The nearby Al Bateen Marina is a lively hub with upscale dining and leisure options. The scenic Corniche Road, with its pristine beaches and parks, is perfect for outdoor activities. Various government buildings are also in proximity to the area such as The Crown Prince Court, and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Residents can find some popular malls near Al Marasy including:

All these malls are less than a 12-minute drive. Marina Mall is a popular shopping and entertainment centre with water views. Other restaurants near Marasy are Sunset Life Restaurant and Cafe, ZOE Modern Greek Kouzina and Origami. All these restaurants are located within a 5-minute drive of Al Marasy.

There are plenty of well-known beaches near Al Marasy. Corniche Beach is located at about a 12-minute drive. It is Abu Dhabi’s most exciting beach with crystal clear water and seaside walkways paved with benches and gardens overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Visitors can also rent a speedboat and soak in the majestic views of Abu Dhabi’s skyline. Other beaches near the community are Al Qurm Beach and Al Bateen Beach.

Another magnificent architectural marvel is Qasr Al Watan. The development has a taste of royalty with every area meticulously crafted and maintained. Other popular attractions are Corniche Beach and Electra Park within a 20-minute drive.

The apartment complex is an ideal residence as it has amazing views and a ton of amenities. One thing must be kept in mind that the area is quite busy therefore one can expect traffic at rush hours. Also, these properties are not available for buying. One can only rent properties in Al Marasy.
