There are a handful of restaurants in Al Marakhaniya; however, the residents can find a larger variety just a short drive away from the community. Souk Extra is home to a few eateries including La Brioche and Pizza Felice. Zero Fat Restaurant in the neighbouring community of Bida Bin Ammar is a popular choice for healthy food. The historical venue Qasr Al Muwaiji is about 10-minute drive away from Al Marakhaniya. This heritage site was built by H.H. Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed bin Khalifa in the early 20th century. The architectural marvel exhibits the rich culture of Al Nahyan Family along with insights of H.H. Sheikh Khalifa’s iconic life. Hazza Bin Zayed Stadium is also a short drive from the neighbourhood. Spanning over 480,000 sq. ft., the stadium can accommodate over 25,000 spectators. The sporting venue is regarded as one of the best stadiums in the Middle East.
