Al Khawaneej 2 is a residential sub-district of Al Khawaneej in Dubai. The area is dominant with independent villa properties. A notable part of the community is also dedicated to farming purposes. Located east of its sister community, Al Khawaneej 1, the neighbourhood enjoys proximity to prominent highways in Dubai, including Emirates Road (E611) and Maleha Street (S116). The community is located on the Dubai-Sharjah border, allowing residents to easily commute to either emirates.

Agricultural lands, nurseries, farms and stables for camels and horses occupy a significant area of Al Khawaneej 2. Al Rawabi Dairy Company is the leading manufacturer and distributor of dairy products throughout the Middle East. Al Madam 2 Equestrian Club in Al Khawaneej 2 provides horseback riding classes.

One can also grab a coffee at several cafes and espresso bars.

Residents must drive a bit to find a beach near Al Khawaneej 2. The closest beaches are a 30-minute drive away, which include Jumeirah Beach and Al Mamzar Beach.

The area is ideal for families who have a farming business. However, as a remote area, amenities such as schools, retail stores and hospitals are in the neighbouring community. Also, the area has limited access to public transportation. Therefore, residents must own a car while living in Al Khawaneej 2.
