Al Forsan Village is an upscale residential development in Khalifa City. Developed by Al Forsan Real Estate, the freehold community boasts an exclusive range of villas and appeals to both expatriates and UAE Nationals. Al Forsan Village offers many facilities to residents and visitors. The locality is also close to the major highways of Abu Dhabi, providing a convenient link to the other cities. Abu Dhabi Swehan – Al Hayer Road (E20) and Abu Dhabi – Al Ain Road (E22) are main highways just 5-minutes away from the community.

These independent villas are three storeys each with separate quarters for the house help. Most of these residential units also have a separate dining room and two family rooms.

Further, there are semi-detached villas, coming in 3 and 4-bedroom configurations. The villas also feature separate house help quarters, private family living areas and private gardens. There are also large properties with a built-up area of 5,000 sq. ft. The 3 to 6-bedroom villas in Al Forsan Village are spacious enough to accommodate big families.

Although there are no schools within the community, these are abundant right outside the neighbourhood. GEMS American Academy and Al Ittihad National Private School, two of the top schools in Khalifa City A, are American curriculum schools near Al Forsan Village.

Those looking for British curriculum options can enrol their children in Al Yasmina School. Raha International School offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. Regarded as one of the best schools in Abu Dhabi, this institute is also located in Khalifa City about 15 minutes away.

Furthermore, several universities are located nearby, providing a range of different internationally accredited options. Located on Al Ain Road, one of the top universities of Abu Dhabi is Abu Dhabi University, located about 10 to 15 minutes away from the community. Apart from this, Zayed University, Al Ain University of Science and Technology and Khalifa University’s SAN Campus are 15 to 20 minutes away.

There are several other malls within easy access. Located on Muroor Road, Madinat Zayed Shopping Centre is 9-minutes away from the community. It is one of the oldest malls in Abu Dhabi. Although Al Raha Mall is about 20 minutes away from the community, many residents visit the shopping mall frequently. Designed by British, Arab and Italian architects, the picturesque mosque has cultural influences from Turkey, Pakistan, Morocco, Egypt and other Muslim countries. The open-door policy welcomes tourists from around the world. Boasting one of the world’s biggest handmade carpets and chandeliers, the mosque attracts a huge number of people every year and can hold an astounding capacity of 40,000 visitors.

If you are a sports enthusiast, you will find many motorsport activities in the UAE, one of the best near Al Forsan Village is Al Forsan International Sports Resort. Spread over 1.6 million sq. m., this massive resort offers go-karting for both kids and adults on fully maintained circuits. The resort offers water sports activities with lessons for beginners and professionals both. Safety is not an issue since the activities are held in the presence of highly qualified instructors and lifeguards. Popular among tourists looking for things to do in Abu Dhabi, the resort also boasts an equestrian academy where visitors can be trained by qualified instructors. While Al Forsan Village offers an array of facilities and leisure activities to its residents, the community is deemed more suitable for families rather than individuals because of the substantially sized of homes. Residents in the community often have to commute through their vehicles as public transport is not readily available.
