Al Foah, Al Ain

Also known as the Garden City, Al Ain is the largest inland city in the UAE located to the eastern end of Abu Dhabi. It is home to several residential communities and features excellent urban amenities. Al Foah (or Al Fou’ah) is a small neighbourhood located close to the border shared with Oman while Dubai – Al Ain Road E66 stretches on the other side of the area. The community is most known for housing Al Foah Date Factory and Al Foah Mall. Residents also have access to mosques, shops and grocery stores (baqalas) in the area.

Al Foah or Al Fou’ah is tucked away from the bustling city. But there’s some activity during the day due to Al Foah Date Farm and Factory’s presence. The area is developing into a complete residential community at a fast pace. Those who live here get access to some basic amenities like places of worship, shops and eateries.

One can also find coffee shops and ice-cream places, including Baskin Robbins, All The Perks Espresso Cafe, and Waffles Gourmet Pastry.

The community is a 21-minute drive away from a popular landmark, Al Ain Palace Museum. It is only a 5-minute drive from Hili Fun City, an adventure park in Al Ain featuring an ice rink and a range of restaurants.

Other family-friendly leisure attractions and landmarks close to Al Foah include Al Ain Oasis and Al Ain Zoo. Those visiting Al Ain Oasis can take a stroll under the shade of date palms or visit the eco-centre, miniature oasis and the eastern fort.
