Al Faqa is a residential community in Al Ain, showcasing a village-like setting. It is a developing area that is primarily secluded. Properties in Al Faqa are freehold, providing an excellent opportunity for buyers and investors. The residential properties are mostly independent houses or villas and low-rise buildings. Because of its strategic location, Al Faqa is a neighbourhood that’s always in demand and finding an empty home in the area is difficult. Churches are not currently available in Al Faqa. However, you can head to central Al Ain to find several churches at a 50-minute driving distance. Popular ones include St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Apostolic Revival House and Zion Church of God.

Al Faqa residents can find several schools in Al Faqa as well as in nearby areas. Al Resala School is located within the community, while Al Maseera School and Al Showaib School are located in the Al Shiwayb community at an 18-minute drive via Al Shiwayb Road (E55). Al Refaah School, Al Hayar School and Al Joori Kindergarten are all located in the Al Hiyar community, 20 minutes away.

Residents of Al Faqa will find Al Faqa Healthcare Center within the community, around 5 minutes away from the central residential area. Residents can also look for clinics in neighbouring communities, such as Al Shwaib Healthcare Center in Al Shiwayb and Al Hayer Healthcare Center in Al Hayer. It takes about a 15-minute drive to reach any of these primary care hospitals.

Nearby communities include Al Shiwayb, Al Hiyar and Murrquab. Dubai lies to the north of Al Faqa, while the central city of Al Ain lies in the south.

Al Foah Mall near Al Faqa is the closest high-end mall to facilitate Al Faqa residents. Built over 41,000 sq. m., Al Foah Mall is a one-stop destination offering upscale branded outlets, fancy dining and exciting entertainment activities. Popular shops in the mall are Jawhara Jewellers, Ahmed Al Maghribi Perfumes, Al Ghawas, Brands World, Daiso etc. Residents can also visit the malls in neighbouring emirates for an added shopping spree.

Located close to Al Ain and Abu Dhabi, residents of Al Faqa enjoy several amazing tourist spots within an hour’s drive. Al Ain Zoo is a wildlife park around 50 minutes from Al Faqa. Al Jahili Fort, a historical site, is 46 minutes away via Dubai – Al Ain Road (E66). Hili Fun City is a 34-minute drive away.
