Ajman Industrial Area 1

Ajman Industrial 1 is a part of the larger Ajman Industrial Area, stretched along the lines of Sheikh Maktoum Bin Rashid Street and Sheikh Zayed Street in Ajman. It is an urbanised locality featuring both residential and commercial zones. Ajman Industrial Area 1 is a dedicated industrial zone hence, a bustling community. Moreover, its direct connectivity to major roads leads to busy streets during the day. Hashim Hypermarket is located on Sheikh Zayed Street. It is a forty years old homegrown chain of marts in Ajman which has now become a trusted name among the FMCG retailers in the emirate.

There are many local mosques available in the area at convenient distances from commercial and residential properties. Collector Municipal Complex Mosque occupy the central location in the area while Khalifa Salem Al Kaabi Mosque, Al Maghfirah Mosque and Darwesh Mosque are built just off the main roads, so the passers-by find it convenient to stop and pray. Khalfan Majid is a large mosque nearby, situated in the bordering community of Ajman Industrial Area 2.
