ABOUT AIN AL FAYDAH

Ain Al Faydah lies on the southern end of Al Ain, bordering Jebel Hafeet Mountains to the east. It is a mixed-use community featuring residential plots and villas along with a resort and amenities such as restaurants, mosques, parks and retail outlets.

SUPERMARKETS NEAR AIN AL FAYDAH

Belady Baqala is the only grocery store within the boundaries of Ain Al Faydah. Some of the other supermarkets near Ain Al Faydah are:

MOSQUES IN AIN AL FAYDAH

There are a variety of community mosques in the community including Masjid Shaikh Sultan Bin Suroor and Ain Al Faydah Mosque.

Currently, the only school in Ain Al Faydah is Al Narjes School, which is a charter school and offers American curriculum to students enrolled from Kindergarten to Grade 5. It is a pilot school for Bloom Education and has around 1,800 students in its registration.

Our Own English High School operates under the GEMS Education Group and is affiliated with both University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) and Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE). Currently spanning 10 square kilometres, the area attaches the prime freight road link between Al Ain, Abu Dhabi and even Dubai. Phase 1 of the development has been completed up till now, with the rest underway. Operating under ZonesCorp, the district is providing 300 plots for both commercial, industrial and mixed-use purposes.

Zakher borders Ain Al Faydah to the west. Primarily a villa community, Zakher has two sub-districts and all sorts of essentials, ranging from mosques, restaurants, schools and supermarkets to malls as well. The area is under development and is best known for housing the Zakher Lake.

Mbazzarah Al Khadra is located on the eastern border and consists of green spaces on the downward side of the Jebel Hafeet Mountains. It is predominantly a tourist area and is popular for the Green Mubazzarah Hot Springs.

MALLS NEAR AIN AL FAYDAH

Most of the malls in the city lie within the central and northern side of Al Ain. Makani Zakher Shopping Centre, also known as Makani Mall is the closest mall near Ain Al Faydah at a 7-minute drive in the neighbouring Neima community.

For more options, one will have to bear with a drive of more than 20 minutes. A few of the renowned malls near Ain Al Faydah include:
