Comparing Yourself To Other Agents
Let’s be honest – we all tend to have moments where we compare ourselves to our peers. This can be draining and lower your self-esteem, which is not a psyche you need when you meet your clients.
If you feel like you’re being bombarded with success stories from fellow agents on LinkedIn, here’s two things you can do. One, wish them success and respond positively. This mindset works wonders on you subconsciously. Two, focus on your career, your personal growth – tell yourself a loud NO when you hear yourself comparing and wallowing in self-pity.
Neglecting Your Health
When you’re constantly on the go with a ton of meetings, running on caffeine may seem tempting. A lot of us tend to miss out on sleep or fitness chasing our goals. Eventually, this leads to burnout or a drop in productivity and passion.
We’d suggest taking a breather now and then. Furthermore, never skip meals and dedicate time to some form of regular exercise. A healthy body is a healthy mind, so oil that machine of a body you have!
