Dubai Land Department (DLD), represented by the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA), has forged a strategic partnership agreement with Bayut. This partnership is poised to revolutionise the real estate sector in Dubai by empowering local talents, raising awareness and enhancing service efficiency.
The signing ceremony of this agreement was held at the ‘Tamkeen Real Estate Workshop,’ hosted by the DLD on 4th March, 2024.

He emphasised that this partnership aligns with the directives of the emirate’s leadership to integrate Emiratis into the private sector workforce, as outlined in Dubai’s Social Agenda 33 and Dubai’s Economic Agenda D33.
The partnership underscores DLD’s commitment to providing citizens with specialised training and development opportunities to enhance their capabilities. The aim is to equip them with the necessary skills for effective participation in sustainable development of the sector.
As part of the agreement, newly-licensed citizens working as real estate agents will have the opportunity throughout their first year to promote their properties for free on Bayut.
