Managing Your Listings, Improving Their Quality Scores And Ranking
You can access this information about your leads by heading over to the Manage Listings section from the side menu of Profolio™. Here, you can see all your listings, your Bayut Credits, and the quality scores of each individual listing.
Profolio™’s Listings Quality Score allows you to identify the quality of your listings using our three-tiered colour scheme. The higher the listing score (green), the higher it ranks on Bayut’s search results.

Accessing Your Listings’ Performance And Leads
Profolio™ has a Reports section, that helps you understand your listings’ performance, the overall traffic from both Bayut and dubizzle and the leads your listings generate.
From the side menu, under Reports, click on Traffic. This is where you can see your top locations by impressions and the overall performance of your listings. You can use this information to identify the locations where your listings perform the best (based on the leads and impressions they receive) boost them wherever needed.

Next, under Reports, heading over to the Leads section shows you all the leads you have generated from your listings. It is categorised as Email, SMS, Phone, WhatsApp and Chat leads. You can export these leads into an excel sheet using the export option on the top right of the screen.
To find out your listings’ individual performance on Bayut, i.e., the number of impressions, clicks, and leads it has received, you can head over to the Insights section. From here, you can also search for your listings based on locations, status, purpose, ref #/id, category and users. You can filter, ‘low performing’, to see the listings with lower click-through-rate (CTR), compared to similar listings on Bayut.
