EXCLUSIVE TRAINING FOR AGENCIES
Bayut Academy regularly hosts exclusive training, where agencies can register for an exclusive training session for their teams. Our trainers use a personalised approach based on their learning needs and conduct these workshops with multiple activities and discussions.
This month, Dacha Real Estate, AQUA Properties, Eagle Properties, and Sherwoods Property joined us at our D3 office to attend Talking Like an Investor, All About Leads, Target Market & Prospecting Deep Dive, and Help! I’m New To Sales, respectively.
- In Talking Like an Investor with Dacha Real Estate, Caroline T took the agents through key topics needed while working with real estate investors, including calculating cap rate, CoC, ROI etc.
- In All About Leads with Eagle Properties, Ioanna K helped agents understand the entire journey of a lead, from lead generation to closing a deal, and practical techniques for topics such as lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- In Target Marketing and Prospecting with Eagle Properties, Ioanna K led the agents through various effective techniques to prospect for real estate clients in Dubai, and to understand target marketing in real estate.
- In Help! I’m New To Sales With Sherwoods Property, Caroline T went through the basics of sales that every new agent needs to know, along with techniques to handle objections.
Both sessions received great feedback from the attendees, with the role plays and group discussions giving them a better idea of real-life scenarios. “Thank you – this is the most needed by all real estate aspirants, and Ioanna is the best, with thorough knowledge of real estate and Dubai communities. I would recommend this session to all, both freshers and seasoned professionals,” shared one attendee of All About Leads from AQUA Properties.
