EXCLUSIVE TRAINING FOR AGENCIES
In addition to agents registering individually for sessions, real estate agencies advertising with Bayut can register for exclusive training with Bayut Academy. During these trainings, our trainers use a personalised approach to host customised workshops with activities, roleplays and discussions that can help attendees in real-world scenarios.
This month, Seven Century and Expert Properties joined us at our D3 office to attend Communication Preferences and Introduction To Negotiation. Our Industry and Training Director, Caroline Tinkle, conducted all the sessions in our D3 office.
- In Communication Preferences with Seven Century Real Estate, we looked at the four major communication styles – guiding the attendees through how they can identify their own communication style and tips for working with different styles.
- In Introduction to Negotiation with Expert Properties, we discussed key topics in real estate negotiation such as BATNA, Anchoring and Integrative negotiation, and role-played real-world negotiations.
We were delighted to have agents engrossed in learning and interacting with their peers and the trainer throughout each session.
“Agency-specific training allows us to customise content at an agency level. In addition, the team trainings provide an excellent team-building opportunity, and we enjoy engaging with clients through training and receiving feedback from management,” says Caroline, on hosting these workshops.
We also encourage clients to talk to their account manager if they are interested in participating in exclusive sessions (a minimum of 18 attendees is required).

- Seamless switching between portals: You can now seamlessly switch between both Bayut and dubizzle listing management on Profolio™, making it a lot easier to access your listings on both portals
- Better insights: In-depth reporting tools offer more insights into listing performance, including breakdowns of individual listings’ impressions (by location and property types), number of leads, clicks and more.
“Using the reporting tools on Profolio™ helps when allocating products such as Signature, Hot and Property of the Week on your listings. Keep your eye out for areas where your listings need an extra boost, and allocate your tools accordingly,” suggests Patricia Montalegre, L&D Team Lead, on using Profolio™ 2.0.
