EXCLUSIVE TRAINING FOR AGENCIES
Along with the option of agents registering individually for sessions, real estate agencies advertising with Bayut can register for exclusive training with Bayut Academy. During these trainings, our trainers use a personalised approach to host customised workshops with activities, roleplays and discussions that can help attendees in real-world scenarios.
This month, Property Concierge, Expert Properties, Zeal Way Real Estate and Powerhouse joined us at our D3 office to attend Communication Preferences and Introduction To Negotiation. Our Industry and Training Director, Caroline Tinkle, conducted all the sessions in our D3 office.
- In Introduction to Negotiation with Property Concierge, we looked at real estate negotiation scenarios, and techniques, including BATNA, Anchoring and Integrative Negotiation. The attendees role-played common negotiation scenarios with their peers.
- In All About Leads – Generation, Qualification, Nurturing and Follow-up with Expert Properties and Zeal Way Real Estate, we discussed the journey of a lead right from lead generation, taking them through the sales funnel and training on building stronger relationships.
- In Cash Flow, Cap Rate, CoC, ROI, ROE – Talking Like An Investor with Powerhouse (PH), we took agents through the key topics while working with real estate investors, such as calculating cap rate, CoC, ROI etc.
We were delighted to have agents engrossed in learning and interacting with their peers and the trainer throughout each session.
One of our most popular sessions of this month was the All About Leads session, which took learners through various steps to engage with a lead build strong client relationships. We saw learners excited to share their own experiences on the field with their peers. Our trainers stressed the importance of understanding your clients’ perspectives with empathy, to ask open questions to uncover your client’s preferences, their needs and how they want their agent to lead them through the property journey. Inspired by these heated discussed, we now have a range of in-depth resources on Lead Segmentation, Lead Nurturing and Lead Follow-Up, answering all the questions you might have on the topic.

Profolio™, our listing management system has seen quite a few exciting updates over the past month. Here’s a quick recap of the new features on Profolio™ that our product trainers have been talking about:
- The ability to track both your Bayut and dubizzle listing insights and leads.
- The ability to watermark your listings images on Profolio™.
- The quota system is now Bayut Credits, our new pricing system, which allows you to plan your advertising and lead generation strategy at your own pace.
- The improved WhatsApp lead tracking (for both Bayut and dubizzle) on Profolio™.
