An overview of TruBroker™
Bayut rewards agents who are responsive on calls and WhatsApp with the Responsive Agent badge.
Agents who maintain high listing quality and ensure the authenticity of their listings are awarded the Quality Lister badge.
Agents who earn both of these badges are then certified as TruBrokers™. Along with these exclusive badges, agents earn TruPoints™ for their actions on Bayut. These points enhance their ranking on the Agent Leaderboard, making it easier for property seekers to find the true heroes of real estate.
How to earn the badges
There are three badges you can earn: the Responsive Broker Badge, the Quality Lister Badge and the TruBroker™ badge. Your TruBroker™ badge will be on display on your Agent Profile page, on the agent search pages and as well as in each of your individual listings.
Here’s how you can earn each of these badges:
TruBroker™ Badge
The TruBroker™ badge is awarded to agents who earn both the Responsive Broker badge and the Quality Lister Badge in a month. It highlights agents committed to client satisfaction and listing authenticity.
To qualify for the TruBroker™ badge, an agent must have:
- A completed Agent Profile
- A valid BRN (For Dubai Agents)
- Call tracking and WhatsApp tracking enabled
- A minimum of 1 listing and a maximum of 70 listings
The Responsive Broker badge
The Responsive Broker badge is awarded to agents who promptly respond to calls and WhatsApp inquiries through Bayut. The response rate is calculated based on calls and messages received during business hours (09:00 am to 07:00 pm on weekdays).
To qualify for the Responsive Broker badge, agents must receive a minimum of five WhatsApp messages or phone call leads in a given month and maintain an overall response rate of 70% or higher.
The Quality Lister badge
The Quality Lister badge rewards agents who validate their listings (both ready and off-plan properties) with TruCheck™. It highlights agents committed to showcasing trust and transparency in the industry.
To qualify for the Quality Lister badge the following requirements need to be met.
For Abu Dhabi agents:
- An agent must have a minimum of 2 unique TruCheck™ activations or 1 unique TruCheck™ activation and 5 unique Checked activations in a given month.
For Dubai agents:
- An agent must have a minimum of 4 unique TruCheck™ activations in a given month.
*Badges are awarded on the 1st of each month and are calculated based on the performance of the previous month. For example, the January badge will be awarded on the 1st of February based on the performance in January.
Agents can monitor their progress concerning badges and TruPoints™ by logging into their Agent Profile on Bayut and additionally within the Profolio™ App and the Profolio™ website. Admins will also be able to view and track the performance of individual agents within the Agent Reports section on Profolio™.
TruPoints™ and the Agent Leaderboard
TruPoints™ are earned for specific activities. Here’s how you can accumulate TruPoints™:
These points determine your ranking on our new Agent Leaderboard, accessible from Bayut’s Find My Agent page. Achieving TruBroker™ status and higher rankings helps you stand out from the competition, both on the Find My Agent page and in specific property searches on Bayut.
On the Find My Agent page, property seekers can filter and find all TruBrokers™ based on location, purpose and property type.
Please note, TruPoints™ and the Agent Leaderboard rankings are updated weekly on Monday.
