Keeping in mind that promise, we are delighted to announce that we are launching SmartShare, one of the highly anticipated products unveiled at the summit.
SmartShare is an interactive catalogue that allows you to tailor your property listing recommendations and share multiple listings with your clients. Property seekers will also be able to share their feedback on the listings offered, allowing you to cater to their needs more effectively.
How Does SmartShare Work?
An interactive SmartShare link is launched when a property seeker on the Bayut app sends an SMS or a WhatsApp enquiry to the real estate agent.
On clicking this interactive link, you are asked to identify yourself as an agent (if you aren’t logged into Bayut). Once logged in, you will be able to see the property listing the lead has shown interest in.
With SmartShare, you can add multiple property listings from your own inventory or from your agency. Additionally, you can use our filters to identify the listings that fit your criteria.
These newly-added listings are visible to your clients in real-time.
Your clients can share their feedback on the listing received, by using the interested/not-interested buttons at the bottom. You can then curate your listing recommendations based on this feedback.
Thanks to SmartShare, you can increase your chances of converting and closing leads by getting a better overview of your client’s preferences and tailoring your recommendations.
