We are excited to announce that as part of our efforts to provide a simplified experience to our partners advertising properties on Bayut & dubizzle, we have launched a new update on Profolio™ and Brokerpad to help you view and manage your leads from a single platform.
For users on Profolio™:
The new combined view for your leads on Profolio™ is available in the Leads section, under the Reports tab.
Use the new tabs to switch between a combined or separate view of leads on Bayut & dubizzle. Select All Sources for a combined, comprehensive view and gain access to important insights such as Total Listings and Total Impressions from both portals.
Depending on the tab you choose, the Leads Log will display leads from both portals or the one that you have selected. Switch between the tabs to view different lead categories: Phone, WhatsApp, Chat, Email, and SMS.
Please note that WhatsApp Leads are only available for Bayut.
If you’ve selected the All Sources view, the first column will display the logo of the portal through which the lead was generated for a better understanding of where the lead came from.
By choosing the Bayut or dubizzle buttons, you will be able to view listing stats and leads generated on that specific portal.
If you’ve selected Bayut, you can also choose to view leads for a particular agent by entering their name in the Users search box.
On the other hand, if you’ve selected dubizzle and have multiple corresponding accounts on the portal, you can choose a specific one from the drop-down list.
For users on Brokerpad:
When using Brokerpad, you can easily view the number of leads generated on Bayut & dubizzle in the Overview section.
You can also access detailed information on your leads from both portals in the Manage Leads section, which can be found under the Sales Pipeline tab. Use the buttons to switch between viewing the details of leads generated on Bayut or dubizzle.
Similar to Profolio™, you can access leads for individual agents in the Bayut view, by selecting the agent’s name from the Assigned drop-down menu.
If you have selected the dubizzle view and have multiple corresponding accounts, you can choose a specific one from the Account drop-down menu.
