It’s a well known fact that 2023 was a phenomenal year for the UAE real estate industry, backed by the hard work of our agency partners who have continued to show unwavering commitment to customer excellence in this thriving market. To recognise and celebrate the exceptionally high levels of professional excellence showcased by real estate professionals in the UAE, we held the Bayut Awards 2023 on March 7th, 2024 at the stunning Atlantis The Royal.
A night unlike any other, the event brought together stalwarts from the industry whose commitment to customer experience and transparency are legendary. An event crafted to celebrate the real heroes of real estate, Atlantis the Royal, the glamorous venue for the Bayut Awards 2023 was fittingly decked out in luscious emerald tones in honour of the gems of UAE real estate.
The glittering evening was buzzing with positive vibes and the evening’s various entertainment acts added to the festivities. Celebrated hosts Kris Fade and Shereen Mithwalli added their own unique flair and kept the audience captivated during the exciting evening of accomplishments.
The night’s entertainment was further enhanced by some fun surprises for the audience, with games, quizzes and prizes. Happy smiles were abundant and it was undoubtedly a fun-filled experience for all in attendance.
The Winners
The Bayut Awards 2023 included various different categories to ensure all the different contributors across the UAE’s extensive real estate sector got the recognition they deserved. While some awards included multiple nominees, others were given away to the deserving winners whose dedication in their own specific niches was unmatched.
Along with the jury awards, the Bayut Awards 2023 also featured a selection of People’s Choice awards whose winners were determined based on votes from thousands of property seekers across the UAE. Voters sharing their preferences were also automatically added to a raffle draw and two lucky winners walked away with AED 25k each!
Held the evening before International Women’s Day 2024, a day dedicated to celebrating the incredible achievements of women worldwide, the Bayut Awards 2023 also honoured the inspiring women leaders in UAE real estate with our Women Influencers trophy.

The Bayut Awards 2023 ceremony was the culmination of an exhaustive selection process, following which the dedicated Jury panel went through multiple rounds of discussion to ensure that the best and most deserving professionals and agencies got their due recognition. The selection process considered factors like commitment to quality listings, authenticity, customer service, and their engagement on our platform.
