Shilpa has more than eight years of experience in real estate, out of which four years were in the UAE real estate industry. On winning the award, she attributed her win to her commitment to quality service.

Ajman: Adel Youssef from Albayt Baytuk Properties
Adel Youssef, Leasing Manager at Albayt Baytuk Properties, has won the Agent of the Month award from Ajman for September 2023. He primarily specialises in the Ajman leasing market, with a range of properties from the emirate in his inventory. He prides himself on tailoring his approach toward his clients based on their real estate needs and property preferences.
