• The TruCheck™ badge is currently available for off-plan properties in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.  
• Currently, this TruCheck™ badge is for ‘resale’ properties, i.e., the properties that are yet to be constructed and have been purchased from developers. 
• The validity period for Checked and TruCheck^TM on off-plan listings is 45 days.

The Checked badge lets property seekers know the listing is authentic, since the Bayut team verifies your documents with the DLD. You should upload the following documents to get the Checked badge on Bayut:

• Form A 
• Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA)
• Owner’s Passport or Emirates ID
• Payment Plan (optional)

The next step to showcasing your listings’ is the TruCheck™ badge. Listings with TruCheck™ generate higher leads and exposure, and ranks higher than regular listings. You should submit the following documents to get the TruCheck™ badge: 

• Form A
• Oqood OR Sale Purchase Agreement (SPA) with a NOC (from the developer allowing resale) 
• Owner’s Passport or Emirates ID 
• Payment Plan (optional) 

Here’s how you can get the Checked or TruCheck™ badge for your off-plan resale property listings: 

1. Head over to the Manage Listings section on Profolio™. You can see all the listings in your inventory and their respective statuses. 

2. Click on the validation icon with the off-plan listing you want to validate. 

3. When you click on the validate icon, you will be redirected to the ‘Uploads’ page. You can submit your property’s documentation to get the Checked or TruCheck™ badge.

4. Choose the document type that you want to upload based on whether you’d like to initiate the Checked or TruCheck^TM process, as seen below: 

• To get the TruCheck™ badge, submit Form A, Passport/EID copy and Oqood or SPA with a NOC from the developer (allowing resale)
• To get the Checked badge, submit Form A, Passport/EID copy and SPA

5. Click on the Submit button. Once our team validates your documents, you will see either the Checked or TruCheck™ badge for your off-plan listing on Bayut!
