2024 was a remarkable year for the UAE real estate industry, marked by our agency partners’ dedication to excellence, hard work and leveraging innovative tools like TruBroker™ to stay ahead of the curve. To applaud this commitment and professionalism, we hosted our highly anticipated Bayut Awards 2024 on the 6th of February, 2025, at the gorgeous Atlantis The Royal.
Our hosts, Kris Fade and Shereen Mitwalli kept the excitement alive with entertainment, games and contests that had everyone up and about – quite literally. The music echoed the electric energy in the room, as everyone had the big question in mind – who amongst them would be walking home with a trophy?
The Triumphs and Wins
The Bayut Awards 2024 had a diverse mix of categories to give each trailblazer and agency the recognition they deserve. While some awards included multiple nominees, others were given to the stalwarts whose dedication to their specific niches was unmatched.
Our first set of Jury Awards applauds the dedication to customer service, innovation and raising the bar for excellence in the UAE. Following this, we had a People’s Choice award, whose winners were selected based on the votes of thousands of property seekers from across the UAE. Voters sharing their preferences were also automatically added to a raffle draw and one lucky winner walked away with AED 25k!
